9/2/2021 is Safer Internet Day and with everyone at home more than usual, online safety is more important now than ever.
For 2021, Safer Internet Day is exploring reliability online. How can young people be sure of what to trust online and tell fact from fiction?
Luckily there are lots of resources to help us answer that question.
At 1:30pm you can join Liverpool FC via the UKSIC YouTube Channel to hear their discussion surrounding online reliability.
There is also a Live Q&A at 4pm featuring the Professionals Online Safety Helpline (POSH), as part of the UK Safer Internet Centre, on the UKSIC Facebook page where professionals can get their questions answered by helpline practitioners for Safer Internet Day.
Parents and carers can also access various downloads including family online safety plans, short films, a resource sheet, conversation starters, family activities and more! Just click the below button to visit the website.
Young people can also test their own knowledge with the Online Safety quiz.
