For BBC Sport’s ‘Stay in, work out’, Tom Daley (Olympic medallist diver for team GB) has filmed five of the exercises he is doing at home to keep fit.

The exercises include:

  • A practice diving routine;
  • Hammer push ups;
  • Squats;
  • Ski jumps; and
  • Calf raises.
